Your Role
You will be a key player in driving business development within your customer group and overseeing two Key Account Managers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving the customer relationship with one or several of our customers.
- Main focus on delivery of existing contracts but also support in new program acquisition.
- Driving customer communication.
- Negotiating with the customer on contract updates, change requests, etc.
- Advocating for the customer internally towards R&D, Factory, supply chain, etc.
