About the Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled Growth Optimization Account Manager to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a Key Account Manager, you'll be responsible for driving growth and optimization across our portfolio of established Amazon sellers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management & Growth:
- - Develop and execute growth strategies to drive revenue-
- - Analyze account performance data to identify opportunities for improvement-
- Strategic Support:
- - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within seller organizations-
- - Provide expertise on Amazon's policies and procedures-
- Relationship Management:
- - Foster open communication and trust with assigned sellers-
- - Address concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Program Development/Project Management:
- - Design and implement scalable solutions to benefit multiple sellers-
- - Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement
Requirements:
- - Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- - Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Engineering or related degree required. Post-graduate education is recommended
- - 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- - Proven track record of driving growth and improving operational efficiency
- - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
