About the Role

You'll manage and grow relationships with some of Sweden's largest companies as a Key Account Manager. Commercial ownership of your accounts will drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account planning.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing commercial relationships with enterprise customers (+1000 employees)
  • Driving upselling, cross-selling, and renewal strategies
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to optimize customer success
  • Analyzing customer data to enhance platform usage
  • Promoting new features and strengthening customer engagement
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver the best customer experience
Requirements

To succeed as a Key Account Manager, you must be initiative-taking and proactive in strengthening customer relationships and driving long-term success. You should excel at relationship-building, fostering trust, navigating complex discussions, and confidently engaging with stakeholders at all levels. A customer-oriented mindset is essential, anticipating needs, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

We expect you to have:

  • Solid experience in Key Account Management, where upselling and cross-selling was a main part of the role, preferably with Enterprise customers
  • Professional proficiency in Swedish and English, spoken and written
  • Relevant degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders (CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, purchasing departments)
  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience of managing pricing discussions, contracts, and customer renewals

Bonus qualifications include:
