About the RoleYou'll manage and grow relationships with some of Sweden's largest companies as a Key Account Manager. Commercial ownership of your accounts will drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account planning.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing commercial relationships with enterprise customers (+1000 employees)
- Driving upselling, cross-selling, and renewal strategies
- Proactively identifying opportunities to optimize customer success
- Analyzing customer data to enhance platform usage
- Promoting new features and strengthening customer engagement
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver the best customer experience
To succeed as a Key Account Manager, you must be initiative-taking and proactive in strengthening customer relationships and driving long-term success. You should excel at relationship-building, fostering trust, navigating complex discussions, and confidently engaging with stakeholders at all levels. A customer-oriented mindset is essential, anticipating needs, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
We expect you to have:
- Solid experience in Key Account Management, where upselling and cross-selling was a main part of the role, preferably with Enterprise customers
- Professional proficiency in Swedish and English, spoken and written
- Relevant degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience working with senior stakeholders (CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, purchasing departments)
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities
- Strong negotiation skills and experience of managing pricing discussions, contracts, and customer renewals
Bonus qualifications include:
- Background in consultative sales or business development
- Experience within SaaS, HR Tech or Benefits
- Familiarity with data-driven account management and customer analytics
