Key Responsibilities

">

As the Director of Strategic Accounts, you'll be responsible for driving the success, growth, and retention of our largest and most strategic clients within the EMEA region and globally. This will involve shaping client strategies, deepening relationships, and maximizing account potential. You'll lead cross-functional efforts and align internal teams with client needs to ensure long-term partnerships that fuel both client success and Mentimeter's growth.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • ">
  • 10+ years of experience in selling towards the Enterprise, handling complex sales & buying processes with the largest companies in the world.">
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic account management and leadership roles within the SaaS industry.">
  • Proven success in driving growth and retention across enterprise-level accounts.">
  • Strong knowledge of Value-based selling and frameworks like MEDDPICC.">
  • Strong background in leading and developing high-performing teams.">
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.">
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform strategic decisions.">
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.">
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus).">
