Epidemic Sound AB is looking for an experienced Associate Customer Success Manager to join our Enterprise team in Stockholm. As a trusted partner, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and growing our business with a portfolio of Epidemic Sound's small to midsize enterprise clients.

About the Role:
  • Develop strategic solutions to meet the needs of our Enterprise customers and solve problems through collaboration with internal teams.
  • Drive business growth through proactive account management and identification of new business opportunities.
  • Analyzing usage data, customer engagement, and customer feedback to identify early warning signs that an account may be likely to churn and develop strategies to retain and turn around these high-risk accounts.

You will be the voice of our Enterprise customers internally at Epidemic Sound, sharing strategic use cases, process improvements, and customer feedback into the internal ecosystem to improve the experience for our Enterprise customers.
