Job Description

BENIFY seeks a seasoned Enterprise Sales professional to join our team as an Enterprise Account Executive in the Nordic region. This is a full-time position responsible for driving revenue growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with private sector prospects.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and Target Potential Clients: Lead to effective meetings and engaging software demonstrations.
  • Conduct Pre-Sales Activities: Implement marketing strategies, showcase software demos, and create compelling business cases.
  • Identify Client Needs: Craft strategic solutions that align with client business objectives.
  • Manage Full Sales Cycle: From contract negotiation to closure.
  • Participate in Marketing Events: Engage in webinars, client-related activities, and other promotional events.

Requirements

You should have at least 5 years of Enterprise Sales experience, preferably in complex Tech/SaaS-sales or HR Tech. Familiarity with the SaaS industry and working with partners is essential. Experience winning new businesses and fluency in Swedish & English (both spoken and written) are also required.
