We're seeking an ambitious Enterprise Account Leader to join our sales organization in Sweden. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 4-5 Enterprise Account Executives and driving individual AE success.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage long and complex sales cycles, and the ability to leverage internal resources and work as a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and hit/exceed annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets through landing new logos and expanding our customer base in the assigned segment/industry.

This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
