
Enterprise Account Renewal Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Renewal Manager to join our team at TN Sweden.
Job Description:The primary responsibility of this role is to negotiate renewal contracts with customers, ensuring that we maximize contract value while enhancing customer relationships and the value they derive from ServiceNow.
You will identify customer needs and employ account management skills to guide renewal closure, maintaining an in-depth understanding of ServiceNow licensing models to provide assistance in licensing discussions.
Maintaining customer health metrics, you will develop risk mitigation strategies and collaborate with partner teams to address identified risks.
You will work closely with our team to provide regular updates on renewal status to management and escalate when necessary.
This role requires engagement with customers on multi-year contracts to ensure continued engagement and customer value realization.
You will also present renewal proposals and options to customers, notifying them of upcoming contract expirations, and collaborate with Legal, Deals Desk, and Sales Operations to resolve complex issues regarding approval and finalization of executable OfA.
Key Responsibilities:- Negotiate renewal contracts with customers to maximize contract value
- IDentify customer needs and guide renewal closure
- Provide assistance in licensing discussions
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and collaborate with partner teams
- Provide regular updates on renewal status to management
- Present renewal proposals and options to customers
- Demonstrated success in Renewal Account Management or Customer Success capacity
- 5+ years experience leading customer retention and adoption of SaaS products for complex accounts/territories
- Advanced proficiency with contract renewal processes
- Excellent customer management skills
- Personal initiative to identify areas of process improvement and efficiency
- Strong work ethic and quota achievement
