Sales and Customer Success at Funnel

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team and drive sales growth across the EMEA region. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for upsell and expansion, and ensuring customer retention.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and cultivate strong productive relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the Funnel platform to best serve customer needs.
  • Run effective renewal cycles, highlighting the economic value and return on investment to retain and grow revenue.
  • Effectively negotiate contract renewals and expansions, seeking the best possible outcome for customers.
  • Collaborate with account team colleagues to mitigate churn risks and maintain a healthy portfolio.

About You:

  • A proven track record of consistently meeting revenue quotas and a strong knowledge of SaaS business models and cycles.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish credibility and positive working relationships with customers.
  • Able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in German or French is a plus.
