We're seeking a Head of Sales Enablement to join our Sales & Customer Services team in Stockholm, Sweden. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving sales enablement and ensuring alignment and efficiency across all markets to improve communication with customers.

In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming our sales platforms and processes. You'll work closely with business stakeholders within sales and revenue management to optimize systems and processes related to B2B sales. Your leadership skills will enable you to lead and mentor team members, promoting collaboration and engagement.

Main activities include:

  • Drive sales enablement
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize sales systems
  • Oversee sales system configuration and maintenance
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to align sales strategies
  • Lead and mentor team members

You'll bring proven experience in leading implementations of CRM platforms and processes related to B2B sales, strong background in IT project management, and experience in an international context. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are essential. Full working proficiency in English is required, Swedish or another Nordic language is a plus.
