The Opportunity
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Regional Sales to lead our SMB sales team.
- Set and execute the regional sales strategy, managing a team of Account Managers and Business Development Managers.
- Ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets by driving new customer acquisition and growing revenue from existing accounts.
- Develop deep market insights, monitor competitive trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the SMB segment.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Account Managers and Business Development Managers to improve performance and close deals.
- Implement outstanding sales processes, tactics, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to align on go-to-market strategies.
