We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Head of Regional Sales to lead and grow our SMB sales team.
- Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the SMB segment.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Account Managers and Business Development Managers to improve performance and close deals.
- Own and manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring consistent deal flow and target achievement.
- Drive new customer acquisition while also growing revenue from existing accounts.
- Implement outstanding sales processes, tactics, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to align on go-to-market strategies.
- Develop deep market insights, monitor competitive trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in financial services B2B sales, preferably within the SMB segment.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding aggressive sales targets.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop a winning sales team.
- Hands-on experience in both new business development and account management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven and strategic thinker with a strong execution focus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong sense of urgency.
