About the Job

We're looking for a skilled Growth Sales Manager - Strategic Accounts to lead our growth team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing tailored account strategies that drive growth and customer success.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to engage at all organizational levels. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive performance activities that lead to high customer engagement and conversation.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in selling towards the Enterprise, handling complex sales & buying processes with the largest companies in the world.
  • Proven success in driving growth across enterprise-level accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of value-based selling and frameworks like MEDDPICC.
