
Sales Leader for High-Growth Data Companies

Pioneer sales growth in the Nordic region by leveraging your expertise in sales leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for expanding existing business and acquiring new customers.
This leadership role offers a unique opportunity to work with a highly successful team achieving significant year-on-year growth. You will be responsible for defining sales strategies, sponsoring cross-functional initiatives, and coaching team members to develop their skills and behaviors.
You will be responsible for leading a team of account executives, establishing company territory plans, and partnering with cross-functional teams to manage revenue and customer success processes.
This role involves inspiring a culture of teamwork, leading with value, and achieving desired customer outcomes. It reports directly to the RVP, Emerging Enterprise.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Lead a high-performing team of sales professionals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business results
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance

- Experience as a high-growth enterprise software sales leader required
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in similar technology companies
- Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide team members
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust sales strategies accordingly
