
Sales Enablement Coordinator

Join our team as we pioneer a new era in cash and payments management. As a Revenue Operations Associate, you'll contribute significantly to refining our sales operations strategy and accelerating growth.
In this position, you'll collaborate closely with Sales Leadership to amplify sales performance and synchronize go-to-market strategies across the organization. Your analytical expertise will be instrumental in identifying areas for improvement within the sales process and developing targeted solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining daily sales operations and partnering with Sales Leadership
- Analyzing and refining the sales process and system usage
- Designing and deploying advanced workflows and reporting functionalities in our sales tools
- Delivering data-driven insights to inform sales initiatives and drive growth
You'll cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in Sales and Marketing, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Your Essential SkillsTo excel in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institution
- The ability to translate business needs into actionable reports and analyses
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Exceptional analytical skills and experience resolving intricate problems
- A forward-thinking mindset with a proactive approach to uncharted territories
Previous experience in fast-paced environments, knowledge of B2B SaaS and financial technology, and familiarity with CRM platforms like Hubspot or Salesforce are valuable assets.
