About the Role:

As the Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for overseeing a growing sales team, guiding them to achieve results through efficient processes and effective communication. Key objectives include sales execution and revenue growth, team development and performance, customer management and success, and market focus.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute outreach to prospective clients, converting leads into loyal customers.
  • Build efficient workflows for pipeline management, tracking progress, and ensuring consistent follow-ups.
  • Lead by example, taking an active role in pitching to potential customers and closing deals.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, we believe you have:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in sales, including managing the full sales cycle.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially in B2B or subscription-based models.
