Travel and Tourism Leader Wanted

Apollo, part of DERTOUR Group, is looking for a seasoned travel and tourism leader to join our team. As the Head of Destination & Concept Operations, you will be responsible for managing our overseas operations, developing and executing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and identifying and implementing new business opportunities that contribute to growth.

About the Team
  • You will lead and inspire a team of managers and overseas staff.
  • You will develop and execute strategies to improve NPS and customer satisfaction.
  • You will take ownership of budget planning, cost control, and destination profitability.

Requirements
  1. An experienced leader within travel and tourism, comfortable in managing large scale operations.
  2. Skilled in people management, with a proven track record of leading and inspiring teams.
  3. Business-savvy with a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  4. Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
