Job Overview

The Head of Business Development will play a pivotal role in guiding CtrlPrint's growth strategy internationally, focusing on the Nordics and the UK/Ireland markets. This leadership position requires a strategic mindset, a track record in high-level sales, and the ability to coach, mentor, and continuously develop an existing team of business developers. The job involves some travel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize new business sales and partnerships, ensuring a structured and scalable approach.
  • Oversee the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, partnering with Customer Success/Account Management for smooth onboarding and long-term client retention.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to translate strategy into actionable plans.
