About the Role
This role is based in the Stockholm office and will provide operational and strategic support within Business Development and Marketing. The successful candidate will advise partners on their strategic direction and approach to sustaining and building client relationships. They will lead and manage the Business Development function team of two business development professionals within the Stockholm and Helsinki office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with Nordic Office Executive Partners (OEPs) and partners to adapt global strategy into local business development and marketing initiatives.
  • Support partners in developing and executing practice business plans.
  • Oversee the Marketing/Business Development budget.
