Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Account Director to join our team at FwB Agency. This pivotal role will play a key part in managing client relationships, driving business growth, and shaping the future of marketing.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to align scope of work, translate creative briefs, negotiate agreements, and close deals. As a leader in this field, you will have opportunities to inspire and mentor cross-functional team members, providing guidance to ensure high-quality work that meets client expectations.

This position reports directly to the Founder/CEO and is based at our Stockholm office. The ideal candidate will have a balance of creative and analytical thinking, with the ability to sell bold, innovative ideas that drive results.
