Job Summary

This Senior Sales Manager position at Devoteam plays a pivotal role in driving continued growth of our ServiceNow business by selling licenses and consultancy services to clients in Sweden.

You will be a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their challenges and demonstrating how Devoteam's expertise and ServiceNow's capabilities deliver exceptional value and drive digital transformation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the Swedish market.
  • Cultivating Client Relationships: Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers in Corporate, Enterprise, and Public Sector organisations, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored solutions addressing client needs and driving adoption of ServiceNow's platform.
  • Sales Cycle Leadership: Lead all aspects of the sales cycle, from initial engagement to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring seamless and positive client experiences.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in Salesforce.
  • Contribution to Sales Excellence: Contribute to best-in-class sales practices and methodologies within the ServiceNow sales team.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and ServiceNow's evolving product offerings to provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of success in selling enterprise software solutions, preferably in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • A deep understanding of solution and value-based selling methodologies, with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, identifying client needs and developing compelling solutions delivering measurable value.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach, working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, verbal and written.
