Head of Sales

You'll be the head of sales with a global playground, and you'll lead and manage the company's sales cycle. This includes building and forecasting the pipeline, qualifying the leads generated by yourself, the marketing team and our partner organisations, as well as managing large orders at the end. You need to be tech/metaverse and business savvy, but in addition you have the full support of the production and marketing teams. This role is suitable for a candidate who enjoys the opportunity to build a solid sales team from scratch, work autonomously and is able to work closely together across teams.

Primary responsibilities

- Develop and deliver proposals that take into account customer and prospect priorities and critical needs.
- Build and develop relationships at multiple levels - sponsors, influencers, and decision makers across the region to generate interest and add to the pipeline.
- Set the annual sales goals and make sure they are accomplished.
- Partner with production and marketing teams to build effective pitch material.
- Manage your time between advancing the "good fit" leads with high odds / short term wins and stimulating opportunities that will develop over the long term.
- Understand the needs and problems of potential and existing customers and help develop our offers and services.
- Develop and implement the company's sales plan.

Who you are

- A creative explorer who enjoys challenges
- Fast learner and interested in what's next within tech and immersive experiences
- A team player with great collaboration skills
- Immaculate communication skills and fluent in English (Swedish not mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years or more experience from managing high ticket sales and large cap clients
- Previous experience from working within tech, game development or web3.0
- Previous experience from working within the agency or advertisement industry, managing large cap clients
- An existing interest and a strong desire to learn more about the future of tech and interaction, Metaverse and Web 3.0.
