About This Opportunity

As a highly skilled Account Growth Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth for TN Sweden. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive retention strategy for assigned strategic accounts. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure clients' business needs are met, supporting successful renewals that drive a strong revenue base for TN Sweden.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure clients' business needs are met, supporting successful renewals that drive a strong revenue base for TN Sweden.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive retention strategy for assigned strategic accounts, building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Support new sales initiatives into existing accounts to maximize customer ROI with TN Sweden.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of customers, including their business groups, industry, competitors, and current and future needs.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in customer engagement or sales.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and adhere to tight deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
