About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Account Growth Manager to join our team. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and account expansion
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to enhance customer value and loyalty
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our platform to provide expert guidance and support to customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell potential within existing accounts
  • Negotiate contract renewals and expansions to secure long-term revenue growth

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the MarTech industry
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting revenue quotas
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS business models and cycles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
