About the Job

We are seeking a Strategic Account Management Lead to join our team as a key member of our sales organization. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth and expansion into new markets.

Responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and expand existing customer relationships.
  2. Team Development: Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals to achieve revenue goals and develop strategic relationships with key clients.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements that enhance the overall sales experience and drive efficiency.
  4. Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with senior-level customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B software sales with a focus on enterprise accounts.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
