
Strategic Account Manager

The Strategic Account Manager position at Amazon involves working closely with our third-party sellers to help them achieve their business objectives. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 10-12 Selling Partners and providing strategic advice and guidance to help them grow their businesses on our platform.
The Job Description:You will have a holistic service offering addressing advice on all facets of the Amazon Marketplace, including topics such as International expansion, Portfolio Optimization, Fulfillment Strategy, Product Presentation, Promotions, Advertising Strategy and Brand Building. In parallel to this strategic support, you will also help Sellers solve their most pressing operational challenges.
Your objective as a Strategic Account Manager is to support Sellers in achieving their goals and driving business growth and program satisfaction. You will work closely with Sellers to develop individual strategies, manage timelines, expectations, and own communications.
In addition to managing Seller portfolios, you will also be responsible for running business analyses, consulting with Sellers on opportunities derived from our solutions, and providing guidance on how to execute strategic plans.
