This role involves leading the development of strategic omni-channel marketing plans, driving customer experience (CX) and CRM projects across marketing and product teams, and serving as a subject matter expert in digital marketing, CX, and CRM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement effective CX and CRM solutions.
  • Maintain expertise in emerging technologies and trends, advising clients on best practices.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key client contacts and executives.
  • Identify data-driven opportunities for growth and develop actionable recommendations.

Bachelor's Degree required; 5+ years' experience in data-driven marketing, specifically CRM, email, online/offline media.
