As a skilled Account Manager, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer loyalty across the EMEA region. By developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, you will identify opportunities for upsell and expansion, ensuring long-term success for both our customers and Funnel.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert in our platform, cultivating strong relationships with customers and identifying opportunities for upsell and expansion.
  • Maintain a growth-oriented mindset, highlighting features and ways of working that increase customer value.
  • Develop effective renewal cycles, showcasing the economic value and return on investment to retain and grow revenue.
  • Negotiate contract renewals and expansions, ensuring the best possible outcome for customers.
  • Collaborate with account team colleagues to mitigate churn risks and maintain a healthy portfolio.
