We're currently looking for a skilled Sales or Customer Success professional to take on a key role in our B2B customer management team.
As a Customer Retention Specialist, you'll focus on retaining and growing our existing customer base through:
- Strategic account planning
- Regular customer meetings and feedback sessions
- Collaboration with internal teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
Lime Go, our innovative product, is a Data Enriched Sales CRM that helps SMBs succeed in the competitive market. We're committed to delivering exceptional value to our customers and partners.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our Revenue Operations team, comprising Sales, CS, Marketing, and Product teams. You'll report directly to our Sales Manager, with regular 1:1s and be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
