This strategic role is responsible for transforming customer care into customer success in the Nordics & CEE region. As a key member of the management team, you will lead a team of professionals across six countries, ensuring a best-in-class approach to customer interactions.
You will be responsible for shaping the future of customer success, harmonizing tools and processes across the region, and driving a stronger commercial focus in customer interactions. Your leadership skills will inspire and coach regional Customer Success Managers and advisors, fostering a high-performance, customer-first culture.
Key responsibilities include defining and implementing strategy, leading and developing teams, optimizing processes and tools, driving commercial success, collaborating across functions, and leading change and integration.
A strong leader with 10+ years of experience in customer success, customer service, or commercial operations is required. You should have a sales and customer-centric mindset, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English.
