The Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Success Manager at Planacy, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their financial planning goals using our platform.

You will work closely with our sales team and technical experts to identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow our customers' success. This includes providing exceptional relationship management, guiding customers through onboarding and training, and helping them optimize their budgeting and forecasting processes.

Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management – Build strong relationships with CFOs, Business Controllers, and Finance Teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Customer Retention & Growth – Develop strategies to increase revenue and expand customer engagement.
  • Customer Onboarding & Training – Create tailored onboarding experiences to ensure seamless adoption of our platform.
  • Process Optimization – Collaborate with customers to implement best-in-class budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Customer Insights & Feedback – Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements.
