The Job DescriptionThis role involves guiding customers in maximizing the value of Younium's services. The ideal candidate has a consulting, CSM, and business analysis background. Key responsibilities include understanding customer needs, building strong customer relationships, monitoring customer usage, and proactively identifying and addressing customer concerns. Commercially responsible, this role aims to grow accounts and ensure customer renewals.
Requirements and Qualifications:- 3-5 years of proven experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role, in the SaaS industry.
- Proficiency in ERP, CRM software, and/or Subscription Management software is a must-have in this role.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate information to individuals in various roles.
- Fluent in Swedish and English is a requirement for this role. German is a bonus.
- A general knowledge of financial processes in a company - 'quote to cash' - is considered valuable.
