
Customer Success Business Partner

At Wearefrends, we're looking for a highly skilled Customer Success Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our sales-driven organization, you will play a critical role in maintaining and developing cooperation with our customers and partners.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring the value of our product to new and existing customers. You will be responsible for onboarding, supporting, and consulting our various customers, as well as serving as the single point of contact in operational matters and sales.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of customer relationships and a proven track record of growing customer accounts. Your technical skills and knowledge of IT solutions will enable you to effectively consult with customers and partners, providing tailored recommendations to meet their needs.

- Provide expert guidance on Frends best practices and help customers implement these methodologies to optimize their use of our product.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers and partners, ensuring open communication and collaboration throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of customer-centric services and support.
