About the Job
We are expanding our customer success team and looking for a driven individual. You will work closely with our team members and interact directly with our customers.
You will help onboard and support our customers, build strong relationships with our partners, and provide personalized solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Help onboard and support our customers
- Build strong relationships with our partners
- Be 2nd line support to our partners
- Develop ways of working with customer satisfaction
- Structure your own work and help develop our processes
- Help our customers use our platform at full potential
Qualifications
- Experience in sales or technical customer support from the SaaS industry
- Experience from Bank or Fintech industry
- A hobby 'tech-savvy' person
- A great team player
- Fluent in English
