As an Associate Project Manager at SpotMe, your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering SpotMe event solutions to our clients with a customer-oriented approach.
- Configuring platforms through our CMS to maximize end participants' experience, usage, and satisfaction in alignment with client requirements.
- Managing remote or onsite resources for events you are in charge of.
- Reporting, updating CRM, escalation, upsell, and lead generation.
- Attending events onsite to support our clients.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their objectives. You will also have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in event technology and become an expert in the field.
