In this role as Client Development Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service and support to our advertisers. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in performance marketing, work closely with a talented team, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Main Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong relationships with advertisers in your portfolio.
- Efficiently manage, analyze, and optimize advertisers' programs.
- Monitor budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within scope.
- Take proactive steps to maximize performance.
- Provide regular performance reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review campaign progress and discuss future strategies.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during campaign execution.
- Provide valuable insights and suggestions for Tradedoubler's continuous development.
Your Qualifications
We are looking for someone with relevant higher education or experience in the digital media landscape and data-driven marketing. You should have an interest and understanding of performance-based marketing, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office programs, and fluency in English and Swedish. Additionally, you should be result-oriented with a data-driven approach, possess strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, be enthusiastic with a 'can-do' attitude, and have strong organizational skills and the ability to implement processes.
