We are seeking an Enterprise Success Consultant to join our Customer Success Team in Oslo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with our clients across Scandinavian countries.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for proactively managing your portfolio of clients, consisting of companies with 300-5000 employees across various industries.
  • Lead strategic stakeholders within HR, IT, and other relevant areas to achieve desired business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute success plans with clients, as well as forecast and predict client needs.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling software, recurring services packages, and stand-alone services.
  • Assess and report churn risk for all clients.
  • Steer internal teams supporting clients and engage internal experts to meet client needs.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience managing a portfolio of clients.
  • Experience working as KAM, Account Executive, or Customer Success Manager, preferably in a SaaS company.
  • Commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented and comfortable working towards set KPIs and targets.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills internally and externally.
  • Fluency in a Scandinavian language and English.
