Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of Tier-1 and high-potential Publishing businesses
  • Leveraging your analytical skills and knowledge of the programmatic marketplace to influence advertising strategy and execution
  • Developing an understanding of technical aspects of ad serving and SSP functionality
  • Ensuring on-time execution of technical integrations and delivering service excellence during implementation
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized implementation plans and define business goals, key strategies, and success metrics

You will also be responsible for generating and interpreting reporting to yield competitive insights for clients and supporting data-driven decision-making.
