Marathon Cleaning Software (MCS) söker en erfaren och driven Head ofCustomer Success som vill leda och utveckla arbetet med kundrelationer, kvalitetsarbete och processförbättring.

MCS är Sveriges ledande leverantör av mjukvarulösningar för städbranschen och driver idag två framgångsrika företag:

- Avista Time – marknadsledande inom SaaS-tjänster för Facility Management och städorganisationer.
- TimeWave – det självklara valet för professionella hemserviceföretag.

Tillsammans har dessa två bolag över 300 kunder och en omsättning på 35 MSEK. Systemen används dagligen av tusentals administratörer och anställda som strävar efter att effektivisera och expandera sina verksamheter.

Vad innebär rollen?

Som Head of Customer Success blir du hjärtat i MCS´s arbete med att bygga starka och långsiktiga kundrelationer. Ditt fokus är att säkerställa hög kundretention genom att leda ett engagerat team och optimera processer. Du blir en nyckelspelare som bidrar till både kundernas och företagets framgång.

Du kommer att:

- Utveckla starka kundrelationer för att säkerställa nöjda och framgångsrika användare.
- Effektivisera processer och driva förbättringar för att skapa hållbar tillväxt.
- Bygga ett engagerat team som arbetar nära våra kunder och hjälper dem att nå sina mål.

Dina ansvarsområden

Som ledare och inspiratör kommer du att:

- Driva kundretention: Skapa strategier och arbetssätt som bygger starka och långvariga kundrelationer.
- Bygga och coacha teamet: Rekrytera, utveckla och motivera dina medarbetare för att nå nya höjder.
- Optimera processer: Ständigt förbättra arbetsflöden för ökad effektivitet och kundnöjdhet.
- Fungera som kundens röst: Översätta kundbehov till strategiska insikter som driver vår produktutveckling.
- Bidra strategiskt: Delta i ledningsgruppen och säkerställa att kundfokus genomsyrar hela verksamheten.

Vi söker dig som:

- Har minst 5 års erfarenhet inom Customer Success eller liknande roller, med fokus på kundretention och ledarskap.
- Är en strategisk tänkare som kan omsätta idéer till handling.
- Har erfarenhet av att bygga och leda team samt hantera budget och operativt ansvar.
- Är en kommunikativ stjärna som bygger relationer, inspirerar och förmedlar budskap tydligt på svenska och engelska.
- Är lösningsorienterad, strukturerad och har en stark passion för att sätta kunden i fokus.
