About the Role

This is a key position in our Customer Success team where you will play a vital role in driving customer adoption and best practices of our platform and success playbook.

You will work closely with your customer portfolio to understand their goals and challenges and help them identify growth opportunities.

Some of your tasks may include:

  1. Driving onboarding projects of new customers through integrations, configuration and best practices.
  2. Ensuring customer retention by quickly acting on declining customer health metrics to understand the problem and get the customer back on track.
  3. Being a part of the product development through the voice of our customers' feedback to help us understand how we can improve our product, processes, and content resources to help users and customers be more successful with our platform.
