The Senior Client Success Manager will support multinational global clients in our total reward and benefits platform - Benify.
The role requires a strong ability to work closely with Key Account Management to set up ways of working with new global clients and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Be responsible for existing multinational global clients and local enterprises.
- Work closely with Key Account Management to set up ways of working with new global clients and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Improve processes and ways of working with existing clients.
- Educate and ensure active client utilization of the solution, as well as lead client meetings.
- Solve incoming client requests and coordinate incidents and smaller technical projects.
- Support more junior Client Success Managers when needed and distribute work between Client Success Managers having split responsibility for clients.
The team is responsible for supporting multinational global clients in our total reward and benefits platform - Benify.
Key responsibilities include ensuring high product value and platform usage, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and resulting in client satisfaction with high renewal and low churn.
