
Strategic Account Manager

Mentimeter is an engagement tool that turns presentations into conversations. We're looking for a Strategic Account Manager to lead the expansion of our existing Enterprise customers. In this role, you'll focus on revenue growth while serving as a trusted adviser.
As a member of our team, you'll have access to world-class resources, including lead-generation from our Marketing and Product teams, Marketing and Sales team support, Sales Development Representatives to assist in lead qualification, and professional CRM and data gathering services.
Your responsibilities will include full commercial ownership of our current enterprise customers, building long-term strategic relationships, driving revenue growth, and managing a continuous pipeline for new expansion and up-sell opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to assess business opportunities and make informed decisions.
