The Director of Strategic Accounts will play a pivotal role in driving the success, growth, and retention of our largest and most strategic clients within the EMEA region. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing tailored account strategies to drive growth, retention, and customer success across key accounts.
Job Description- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive growth, retention, and customer success.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.
- Lead cross-functional efforts to align internal teams with client needs.
- 10+ years of experience in selling to the enterprise level.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic account management and leadership roles within the SaaS industry.
- Proven success in driving growth and retention across enterprise-level accounts.
- Strong knowledge of value-based selling and frameworks like MEDDPICC.
