As an Enterprise Account Growth Expert, your primary responsibility is to develop and promote the outstanding value propositions, sales & operational processes, and internal consumption of Cisco solutions among our partners.

Building trust and relevance with Partner sales teams is key. Success in this area will require a strong foundation in customer-centric solution sales, as well as the ability to mentor and lead by example, using a "train, teach, position" methodology for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and promote the outstanding value propositions, sales & operational processes, and internal consumption of Cisco solutions
  2. Mentor and lead by example using a "train, teach, position" methodology for success
  3. Build trust and relevance with Partner sales teams
  4. Secure buy-in for long-term initiatives and ensure the alignment of both strategic and operational goals
