About the Job Description

The Sales and Client Relationship Expert will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify and close key target accounts across multiple verticals within a large territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Client Acquisition: You will identify and acquire new clients through structured sales activities such as calls, visits, mailings, client events, and networking.
  • Coordination and Collaboration: You will work closely with the branches and management, regularly exchange information, and align your activities with the company's objectives.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: You will stay one step ahead by keeping an eye on the industry, attending relevant events, and continuously staying updated on changes and innovations.
  • Implementing Sales Strategies: You will develop and implement targeted, creative, and effective acquisition strategies to ensure sustainable success in gaining new clients.
  • Contract Negotiations: You will lead negotiations with potential new clients confidently and successfully close contracts.
About You
  • You are a sales expert with a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or account management, specifically targeting mid-market or enterprise clients, ideally within the Staffing Industry or SaaS.
  • You have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and are able to build strong relationships with potential clients.
  • You are fluent in German at a native or highly professional level and have good English skills (at least B1).
