About the Role:
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to drive ongoing engagement and utilization of our solutions, ensuring seamless client experiences.
- Develop customized account plans and strategies to optimize customer retention and stimulate account growth, while identifying and pursuing expansion opportunities.
- Nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts, driving both engagement and satisfaction, and partnering with Renewals Representatives to ensure robust account retention.
Key Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales, is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in client relations, account management, or sales, preferably within the software or SaaS industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English are essential for effective client engagement and team collaboration.
- A willingness to adapt to changing priorities and workflows, including our hybrid work schedule, is required.
