About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative SaaS company dedicated to helping employers improve their relationships with employees worldwide.

As a Senior Client Success Manager, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, resulting in client satisfaction with high renewal and low churn.

The role requires a strong ability to work closely with Key Account Management to set up ways of working with new global clients and nurture long-term client relationships.

  • Be responsible for existing multinational global clients and local enterprises.
  • Work closely with Key Account Management to set up ways of working with new global clients and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Improve processes and ways of working with existing clients.
  • Educate and ensure active client utilization of the solution, as well as lead client meetings.
  • Solve incoming client requests and coordinate incidents and smaller technical projects.
  • Support more junior Client Success Managers when needed and distribute work between Client Success Managers having split responsibility for clients.
