We are looking for a highly skilled Nordic Key Account Management Expert to join our team. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of high-value clients across the Nordics.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new high-value clients in the Nordic markets.
  2. Account Management: Manage and maintain existing client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  3. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic account plans, maximizing revenue and profitability from key accounts.
  4. Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify and deliver innovative solutions that provide added value to clients, contributing to the company's sales targets.
Requirements
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred).
  • Industry Experience: At least a decade of proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role within the technology industry (very large global system integrators) with a strong focus on Nordics and the EU markets.
  • Sales Performance: Strong sales acumen, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
