Key Role Overview

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of established Amazon sellers, analyzing their performance data, and developing actionable growth strategies. Your success will come from combining analytical expertise with a customer-centric approach.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Account Management & Growth:
    - Manage a portfolio of existing Amazon sellers
    - Analyze account performance data to develop effective growth strategies
    - Collaborate with sellers to identify opportunities for expansion and improve their product portfolios
    - Provide strategic support to help sellers reach new heights on Amazon's marketplaces
  2. Strategic Support:
    - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within seller organizations
    - Develop joint annual strategies with sellers to drive business growth
    - Offer solutions to operational challenges while maintaining focus on sustainable growth
  3. Relationship Management:
    - Establish and maintain strong connections with key decision-makers within seller organizations
    - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned sellers
    - Work closely with internal teams to resolve seller issues and implement improvements
  4. Program Development/Project Management:
    - Identify and implement scalable solutions that benefit multiple sellers
    - Contribute to process enhancements that elevate the seller experience
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative seller tools and resources
  5. Becoming an Expert: Specialize in a specific area within our service organization and provide expert guidance to peers, invent processes/tools to benefit both internal and external stakeholders
