About This Opportunity

We're looking for a seasoned professional to join our Existing Seller Management (ESM) team as a Key Account Manager. As a member of this dynamic team, you will play a critical role in driving growth and optimization for established Amazon sellers.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of existing Amazon sellers, analyzing their performance data, and developing actionable growth strategies. You will work closely with sellers to identify opportunities for expansion, improve their product portfolios, and provide strategic support to help them reach new heights on Amazon's marketplaces.

Responsibilities
  1. Seller Relationship Building:
    - Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within seller organizations
    - Collaborate with sellers to develop joint annual strategies and drive business growth
    - Provide strategic support to help sellers overcome operational challenges and achieve sustainable growth
  2. Data Analysis & Strategy Development:
    - Analyze account performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop effective growth strategies
    - Collaborate with sellers to expand their product portfolios and increase their visibility on Amazon's marketplaces
    - Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure progress
  3. Process Improvement:
    - Identify opportunities to enhance the seller experience and contribute to process improvements
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative seller tools and resources
    - Work closely with internal teams to resolve seller issues and implement improvements
  4. Expertise & Knowledge Sharing:
    - Develop expertise in a specific area within our service organization and provide guidance to peers
    - Invent processes/tools to benefit both internal and external stakeholders
    - Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to drive excellence
